National Internship Program 2025 Applications Have Started!
It is an early career program conducted by the Presidency Human Resources Office to ensure that our young talents benefit from career opportunities provided by public institutions and private sector organizations within the framework of equal opportunities and in accordance with the principles of merit.
The program aims to increase the employability of our youth, support equal opportunities in accessing career opportunities and spread various early career opportunities to all departments.
Students who apply to the program are evaluated with a transparent, traceable and innovative method based on their academic/vocational, artistic/social and sports competence scores, considering their performance throughout their education, their work to increase their skills and their successes. Employers send offers to students based on the scores they receive in the relevant competence areas without seeing their identity and university information.
WHO CAN APPLY?
As of 01.01.2025, those who have not reached the age of 35 (born on or after 01.01.1990),
Those who continue their education at universities in Turkey, TRNC and abroad and have a grade point average* of at least 2 out of 4 (equivalent in other systems);
• 2nd, 3rd or 4th year students of undergraduate programs providing formal education (medicine, teaching and dentistry departments are not included),
• 1st or 2nd year students of associate degree programs providing formal education, and
• Turkish Citizens or Blue Card holders continuing their master's/doctoral education at universities abroad.
*Since the general grade point averages have not yet been finalized, this condition is not required for first year associate degree students during the application period.
**On the date of the internship; It is expected that undergraduate 2nd year and associate degree 1st year students have advanced to the next grade, undergraduate 4th year and associate degree 2nd year students have not graduated, and associate degree 1st year students have a GPA above 2. Otherwise, employers may cancel internship offers. HOW TO APPLY? 1- Login Log in to the National Internship Program via e-Government from the Career Gate.
